Activities for 1 year olds

Somewhere between twelve and eighteen months your baby turns into a toddler who wants to do things, not just watch them. They can sit and dig, pull themselves up on the sofa, post a block into a box and take it out again forty times. The activities here are built for exactly that stage. Every one uses ordinary household things, takes five to fifteen minutes, and needs no set-up beyond fetching a bowl. We have written out the steps, what your child is actually learning while they do it, and a way to make it easier or harder depending on the mood of the day.
