Toddler activities with a blanket
A blanket is a tunnel, a tent, a parachute and a bed for a soft toy, and it is the single most useful thing for turning a living room into somewhere to play. The activities here all use a blanket or a large towel. Some are big and active, crawling through a tunnel or bouncing a ball on a stretched blanket, and some are the quietest games in the whole collection. They are good for rainy days and for the slow hour before dinner. Steps, skills and an easier or harder version are below for each.
