What you need

  • empty egg carton
  • large pom-poms

How to do it

  1. Set an empty egg carton in front of your toddler with a few large pom-poms nearby.
  2. Show them how to pick up one pom-pom between finger and thumb and drop it into a cup of the carton.
  3. Let them fill each cup one at a time, one pom-pom per spot.
  4. Supervise closely so pom-poms stay out of their mouth throughout.
