Version 3, 30 October 2026. Between you (the creator) and Brass Lantern Studios Ltd, which makes Little Wins. Plain English on purpose: if anything here is unclear, ask before you sign up.

Your videos

You own your videos. By uploading one you give us a non-exclusive licence to host it, show it inside the Little Wins app and on littlewinskids.com, and use a still from it as the activity's picture, always with your name and photo on it. You can keep posting the same video anywhere else. We may decline a video, ask for changes, or remove one at any time, and we tell you when we do.

You can take any video down whenever you like from your dashboard. It leaves the app at the next publish, normally within a week.

What you promise

The videos are yours to share, you have permission from any adult shown, and any child shown is your own or you have a parent's permission. Nothing in them is unsafe for a toddler to copy, and nothing is advertising for anyone else.

Your link, your code, the free month

You get a link and a code. A parent who joins Little Wins through either gets a month of Premium free, paid for by us. A household can be credited to one creator only, the first whose link or code it used.

How you are paid

For every parent credited to you, you receive a share of the net subscription revenue we receive from that parent for 12 months from the day they were credited. Net means what Apple or Google pays us after their fees, refunds and taxes, so it is less than the price the parent sees. The free month pays nothing, because nothing is received for it.

Your share depends on how many families are paying through you that month:

A paying family is one on an active paid subscription, monthly or annual, at the end of the month. The free month does not count. Only families still within their 12 months count toward the tier. A family past its 12 months no longer counts toward your tier and earns nothing.

The tier is worked out every month from that month's paying families, so it can go up or down from one month to the next. Whatever tier applies that month applies to every family that month: your whole share moves to that rate, not only the families above the line.

Your share is of what we receive. A monthly plan pays every month. An annual plan is paid once a year, so its share is paid in the month we receive that payment; in its other months the family still counts toward your tier.

Founding creators

The first 50 creators we approve are founding creators. Your dashboard says if you are one. A founding creator receives 50% of the net we receive from every parent credited to them, for as long as that family stays subscribed, not only for 12 months. The tiers above do not apply: it is 50% from your first paying family.

We can end the founding rate by giving you 12 months' notice by email, and if Little Wins closes it ends when the app stops taking subscriptions. When it ends, families credited to you that are still within their first 12 months move to the tiers above for the rest of those 12 months. The 30-day change rule under "The rest" does not apply to the founding rate.

We pay monthly by bank transfer, within 30 days of the end of the month, once your balance reaches £20. Smaller balances roll over. Your dashboard shows counts, not money; the money comes with a statement that shows how it was worked out. The figures start from the store reporting, which is an estimate until the store confirms it, so a statement can correct an earlier one.

You are responsible for any tax on what we pay you. This is not employment and you are not our agent.

Ending

Either of us can end this by email at any time. Your videos come down at the next publish. Parents already credited to you still count for the rest of their 12 months, and we pay what is owed on the same terms. For a founding creator, families already credited keep earning at 50% for as long as they stay subscribed, until the founding rate ends.

Your data

We hold your name, email, country, where you share and your application for as long as you are a creator. Declined applications are deleted after 90 days. Email hello@littlewinskids.com for a copy of your data or to have it deleted. Our privacy notice applies.

The rest

We can change this agreement by emailing you the new version; keeping your videos up after 30 days means you accept it. The law of England and Wales applies. If you have a question about any of this, email hello@littlewinskids.com and we answer.
